Very often, it is recommended to use growth stimulants to describe the content of a particular plant. Such as "Kornevin" and "Epin" or "Heteroauxin" with "Zircon" and many others. It is worth taking a closer look at such drugs.
Every florist must know as much as possible about plant growth stimulants. After all, their range of actions and purposes are aimed not only at plant growth. So at least about the main such drugs, you need to try to get more information and use them correctly.
Main plant growth stimulants
Heteroauxin - this drug is preferred not only by flower growers, gardeners and gardeners also like it very much. It is a wonderful stimulator of plant root growth. Only the form of its production is not entirely convenient. It is produced in tablets; subsequently, they must be diluted in a large amount of water. And when you need very little solution, this is difficult to do.
Kornevin - no worse than heteroauxin, it can replace it and be an analogue. A similar stimulant is sold in powder form. Most often these are sachets with packaging of 5 g. The root is used both as a solution and simply as a powder. They are powdered with cuttings before planting - a very convenient way. It can be used for breeding violets, streptocarpus, azalea, lemon and other plants. True, the root has a class 3 toxicity, but it is not very dangerous.
Epin - a similar stimulant is used by almost all gardeners. It gained such popularity due to its versatility and effectiveness. Epin not only stimulates plant growth, but can also serve for recovery and prevention. It is usually used when soaking cuttings and seeds for planting. They also treat affected plants (from frost, diseases or pests), or strengthen them in order to increase resistance to the same negative factors. The drug has a class 4 toxicity, and it is almost not dangerous.
Zircon - the spectrum of action of this drug is simply impressive. In addition to stimulating root formation and growth, zircon can increase yields and improve plant health. It can also reduce the amount of heavy metals accumulated in the plant itself and its fruits. It brings flowering time closer and makes it longer. And the most important quality of zircon is that it is an excellent bioregulator. With its help, the plant calmly experiences the negative effects of nature and errors in maintenance.
Using zircon, you can save the plant from dry soil, dry air, and vice versa, protect it from excessive moisture, poor lighting, temperature changes, and many diseases such as late blight, powdery mildew, gray rot and others. On top of that, the drug is completely non-toxic and safe.
In theory, all growers should have these basic stimulants and "helpers". Of course, there are other drugs, but they have a slightly different specificity and are not often used by lovers of green spaces.
What should not be forgotten when using growth stimulants?
The principle of health care workers - do no harm is perfect here. Do not use drugs unnecessarily, do not deviate from the instructions (suggested dosage and treatment regimen). For each individual plant, there may be different recommendations for the use of a particular stimulant. It should be clear that if the plant is dormant, such preparations cannot be applied to it. Although there are exceptions, for example, unplanned transplantation, pest infestation, disease, and more.
